Hi, I’m Denise Darrer - Chef, and the founder of Little Catch food truck.

After almost 10 years working in restaurants, I wanted to bring something different to Irish street food: bold flavours, fresh local seafood, and dishes with a bit of personality.

Every roll, bao bun, and chowder we serve is made with care, using the best catch from the Irish coast.

Whether I’m cooking at a summer festival or setting up at your wedding, my aim is always the same: delicious, unforgettable food, served with heart.
