Hi, I’m Denise Darrer – chef and founder of Little Catch food truck.

After 10 years working as a chef in restaurants from Dublin to Waterford, I wanted to do something a bit different - to bring fresh, flavour-packed seafood to the Irish street food scene, showcasing the best of what’s landed on our coast.

Everything we serve is made with care, blending global flavours with Ireland’s incredible local catch.
