Hi, I’m Denise Darrer – chef and founder of Little Catch food truck.

After 10 years working in restaurant kitchens, I wanted to shake things up a bit. I felt like there was room for something more fun and flavour-packed on the Irish street food scene - something that made the most of our amazing local seafood.

Everything I serve is made with care, mixing global flavours with the best of what’s landed on our coast.

Whether I’m at a summer festival or setting up at your wedding, my goal is always the same: great-tasting food that people remember, served with heart.
